Full payment is required at least 30 days before arrival. If a cancellation occurs, a full refund will be issued if it is before 30 days prior to the commencement of booking. If we are able to rebook the dates, we can issue a refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before.* I accept personal responsibility for the payment in full of all costs associated with the above accommodation.* I give full authorization to charge my credit card or bank account given for any unpaid charges, and any damage, theft from the rentals during the period of my occupancy.* If it is less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking that we receive a cancellation, no refund will be issued.*This rental is a smoke-free facility.
